On the northwestern edge of Virginia lies Frederick County, surrounded by West Virginia, Clarke County, Warren County, and Shenandoah County. Each Spring, join your friends and neighbors for the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, a 6 day festival that features a parade with floats, a 10K race, concert band competition, jazz ensemble, dances, Firefighters’ events, and more. There is also the Shenandoah University Summer Music Theater, a celebration of the arts the first Friday of each month in Winchester, and a family drive-in theater in Stephen’s City which is one of only a few remaining within Virginia.
